Ilias Capital GmbH is a commercial real estate finance advisory company owned by its management. The company is based in the Frankfurt Area and an active financial advisory provider for the international commercial real estate industry.

Ilias (English ‘Iliad’) is the Latin name of an ancient heroic epic orally transmitted from one generation to the next in ancient Greece and around the Aegean Sea. Homer’s written text of the Ilias has been playing an important role in the moral education of young people up to our times.

One of the main moral lessons taught by the Ilias is that “good leaders must be servants”. As such, the name Ilias is an allegorisation of Ilias Capital’s value proposition to be a true servant of its clients.
