in the international real estate banking industry. He has more than
25 years of management and finance experience from management
positions at Commerzbank Group, Eurohypo and HypoVereinsbank. He has
a large professional network in the real estate industry, in banking
and in international finance. He has a proven track record of
origination and execution of commercial real estate finance
transactions worth several billion euros.
Benedikt is
highly skilled in leadership, management, transaction execution,
commercial real estate, lending, structured finance, deal
origination, credit risk management, real estate capital markets,
loan trading, loan restructurings and financing negotiations.
Benedikt is a
MBA of Oxford University (Said Business School) and graduated from
the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He holds a doctorate in Finance
from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
